Proposed changes

  • Split Ansible Lint into its own GH actions job since Molecule no longer runs linters natively.
  • Replace molecule[docker] with molecule and molecule-plugins[docker].
  • Explicitly set the ansible-compat version.
  • Add pre-releases to Release Drafter.
