PR Summary

in some cases (example), pillow links point to https://python-imaging.github.io/, which seems to be squatted by some strange person (scam?)

this PR corrects these to https://python-pillow.org/

first time matplotlib contributor (big fan ❤️), please let me know if I've done anything wrong

following these guidelines I looked for a maintenance branch... finding none I'm trying a PR into master

PR Checklist

  • Has Pytest style unit tests
  • Code is PEP 8 compliant
  • New features are documented, with examples if plot related
  • Documentation is sphinx and numpydoc compliant
  • Added an entry to doc/users/next_whats_new/ if major new feature (follow instructions in README.rst there)
  • Documented in doc/api/api_changes.rst if API changed in a backward-incompatible way

It's fine to target master, we have some tooling to backport stuff.
Thanks for the contribution, hoping to see you around again soon!
