Adding a description to logit_demo.py script
The change is necessary because it lacks a description so making it unclear to demonstrate how logit scale is used.
It expalins how the logit scale works and why it is useful for visualising probabilities.
The script demonstrates how logit scale spreads probability values between 0 and 1, which helps user compare different distributions
