Remove outdated comment in AxesBase.__getstate__ (we don't cache the
renderer on it anymore).

Remove unnecessary SubplotSpec.__getstate__ (it has become unnecessary
now that SubplotSpec doesn't hold onto layoutbox/poslayoutbox anymore.)
