The old implementation was basically a hand-rolled (mutable) namedtuple.
Because actual namedtuples are immutable, Glue(..., copy=True/False) has
no effect anymore, so deprecate it too.

👍 in principle. The test failures (only on mac?) are glyph related. Could they be real?
