It does not yet (including the new fork) support Python 3. |

This is using sphinx's make linkcheck, which does support Py3. AFAICT the build fails over actually broken links... |

Edit: looks like this runs into sphinx-doc/sphinx#6779 and sphinx-doc/sphinx#6806 -- edit: the second one will be fixed in sphinx 2.3.0.
