I've updated the configuration documents with things that I learned while setting up my system.
I've also thrown in some sample Windows SVN hook scripts. For each hook, there's a PowerShell script which does much the same thing as the existing shell scripts, and a thin .bat wrapper which just invokes the PowerShell script.
