With a better signature file there is no segfault.

Works like a charm. The test_zero_mimo_sysCXXX_(non_)square_complex tests in my complex branch now pass

I think it's worth mentioning that one needs to install this custom ninja release with features for Fortran builds.

My builds all work with the Unix Makefile Generator. See Travis configuration and https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/home:bnavigator/python-slycot-git/python-slycot.spec?expand=1
