This PR replaces both :block/content and :block/original-name with :block/title, allows [[]] to reference any node, including pages, objects (tagged) and blocks.

Fuzzy search support both pages and objects (blocks have tags).
Reason: embeded blocks share the same dom id with their source blocks.
Because the search is using fts5 instead of including full-text like
search result.
Copy block embed has been disabled for now, it needs to be fixed first.
