The S3 test suite fails if
TEST_TEST_REGION_NAMEis set to a non-us-east-1value.This PR attemps to fix this.
For the purpose of this PR, only the ci/circleci: itest-s3-stream-provider job is relevant. 67b0b57 will be reverted before merge.
