Clone this Git repository in your ${HOME}/.rebar directory

$ git clone https://github.com/kostyushkin/rebar_templates.git ~/.rebar

How to use

$ mkdir project_name
$ cd project_name
$ rebar create rebar create template=basicapp appid=project_name
