The site content is a documentation page for a JavaScript-like language called NoShift.js.
It introduces the language’s purpose, syntax, and examples.
NoShift.js allows users to write JavaScript without using the Shift key, using a unique symbol remapping syntax.
The website includes setup instructions, syntax mappings, and code examples in both English and Japanese.

I've already added your requested subdomain to JS.ORGs zonefile. But you have to (re-)add a file named CNAME to your branch with the single line noshift.js.org to make it work.
In case you are using a workflow to deploy the page, additional steps may be required to make the CNAME work.
