There are a number of pyodide tests, but I'll make sure to test the converted gallery apps after release. |

Upgrades pyodide and pyscript to latest versions.
Pyodide 0.27.0 supports importing polars and pyarrow making it possible to use Polars and various plotting libraries including hvPlot with Panel in pyodide.
Its not clear to me if I need to do any manual tests?
