This pull request updates the changelog for google-cloud-vectorsearch version 0.7.0 to include detailed release notes that were missed previously. The changes accurately reflect the intended updates. I've added a couple of minor suggestions to improve formatting consistency in the changelog.
The last release for
google-cloud-vectorsearchdid not include detailed release notes due to a process issue described in googleapis/librarian#4542. In PR #16053, we only seegenerate librariesinstead of the contents in #16052 (comment). This PR updates the release notes to include detailed information for release 0.7.0.
