In order to test locally, in your packaged hubot folder (the one you'd deploy):
mv scripts/mongo-brain.coffee .
env HUBOT_GITHUB_USER=myuser HUBOT_GITHUB_TOKEN=werwerwr2344 bin/hubot -a shell
You'd need to move the "real" brain out of the way if you are to run locally. Note the usage of the env executable to set environment variables that the hubot script executes with.
Now you can do things like:
hubot: image me pony
To get an image of a pony. Try your scripts out. GL HF.
