Summary

Adds a new onboarding welcome screen that allows users to select which Sentry products they want to set up. The new UI is feature-flagged behind organizations:onboarding-new-welcome-ui.

Changes:

  • Add new welcome UI component with product selection grid (Error monitoring, Logging, Metrics, Session replay, Tracing, Profiling)
  • Include 14-day business trial section highlighting Seer AI Debugging Agent
  • Responsive layout: 2-column grid on desktop (products + Seer sidebar), single column on mobile
  • Use GenericFooter pattern consistent with other onboarding steps
  • Extract WelcomeBackgroundNewUi variant with adjusted positioning for the new layout

Feature flag: organizations:onboarding-new-welcome-ui

Add a new onboarding welcome screen that allows users to select which
Sentry products they want to set up. The new UI is feature-flagged
behind `organizations:onboarding-new-welcome-ui`.

New UI includes:
- Product selection grid with 6 options (Error monitoring, Logging,
  Metrics, Session replay, Tracing, Profiling)
- 14-day business trial section highlighting Seer AI Debugging Agent
- Responsive layout (2-column grid on desktop, single column on mobile)
- Skip onboarding and Next buttons

Extract background images into a shared component and create a new
WelcomeBackgroundNewUi with adjusted positioning for the new welcome UI
layout.
