Added fixed locale export truncate
The XML output was truncated by a few bytes. This has been fixed.

When exporting translation to XML, the output was often truncated by a few bytes. [fixed]

When exporting translations to XML, the output was often truncated by a few bytes. The larger the output, the more bytes where missing. This has been fixed.
