This pull request is a follow up to many discussions, specifically #2414 and work done in #2425 and #2511.
After evaluating almost all popular generator and CLI tools available for Node, it turned out that none had the right combination of flexibility, performance, customizability and type safety. This is how Pinion came about, a small functional CLI and generator toolkit that allows to write generators using TypeScript and JavaScript template strings.
This pull request contains the initial version of the generator that works exclusively with TypeScript, MongoDB and a new v5 application structure.
