In a multi-monitor environment, the test IDE takes up all monitor. If these monitors have different screen resolutions, the IDE takes up all screens. Instead, only the size of the active monitor should be taken. Additionally, the shell should be moved to the top-left corner, instead of the top-right corner. Moving a shell might not be perfectly accurate, causing the check to fail when comparing the expected location against the actual location.
