Massively upgrade of the spacings component to come closer to "the term grid is misleading" approach for the whole css toolset with addition of multiple generators and in sync presets with the layout component.

First release under the new name "JASS". Completely refactored from LESS to SASS and made more optional settings available for class names and extensions and individual selectors.
