merging to feature branch example-private-data

unresolved things

  • add namespace in base kustomization
  • auth folder for kustomization in user-auth namespace
  • overriding urls in overlays
  • circleCI to let manifest declare namespace
  • without /status for public path kratos 500 all the routes as it matches more than one rule

oathkeeper errors out when more than 1 rule is matched, so I cant really specify a "fallback" route and proxy all
