This PR resolves #18337 by updating the outdated release versions in the Kubernetes install documentation.

Changes Made

  • Updated Mainline version: 2.22.12.23.1
  • Updated Stable version: 2.19.02.22.1
  • Refreshed release calendar using scripts/update-release-calendar.sh

Context

The Kubernetes install docs were showing outdated version numbers that could confuse users and lead them to install old versions. The release calendar script automatically updated the release status based on current Git tags.

Testing

  • Ran scripts/update-release-calendar.sh successfully
  • Verified version numbers match current release calendar
  • Confirmed documentation formatting is correct

- Update mainline version from 2.22.1 to 2.23.1
- Update stable version from 2.19.0 to 2.22.1
- Refresh release calendar with current status
