This documents the CSS selectors that can be used to add styles to each component, as discussed here
This ended up having more corner cases than I hoped, but if I'm reading the code correctly, I believe I've documented them all. The one component that I couldn't determine a CSS selector to uniquely identify was BSkelotonWrapper. I don't think that matters, though.
