Also, change RecordServiceInfo to include EntitySubtype.
Refactor & rework NoteItem to be more specific about using file numbers instead of Ids. Add RemoveByParentFileNumber to NoteItem.
This partially reverts commit 629a335. We need to keep the classes so we can delete them from the realms. We can fully delete these classes in the future, once we can guarantee users have upgraded.
