This PR makes the following changes:

  • Updates pyproject.toml and associated uv.lock dependency files for 0.9.5.
  • Upgrades all previous academy, technical guides, and finance use case notebooks to 0.9.5
  • Updates all corresponding READMEs.
  • All mentions of "Atoti Python API" -> "Atoti Python SDK"
