Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer use cases, business, and organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to help develop product strategy based on knowledge of customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Create and drive a UCD strategy and implement advanced UCD processes at scale.
- Communicate and evangelize the importance of real customer engagement in the company.
- Define interaction patterns that become key drivers of the UI Brand of the company.
- Define the overall user experience for the company's portfolio of products in collaboration with designers.
- Actively mentor other designers and cross-functional teams where needed.
- Plan and execute UX testing strategies.
- Prepare and present findings of data-driven UX analysis and testing to senior stakeholders.
