增加了一些功能：

  1. 支持地主叫分，同时细微修改了 robot 叫分规则

修复了一些 bug：

  1. 反春问题，改为判断出牌轮数
  2. 旁观者强制退出（非正常输入 exit）时房间解散问题

叫分逻辑会影响web端使用吗？

server 端和 client 端都有修改，可能会影响。
下面大概是一个改版过后的例子：
