Passionate about the intersection of Computer Science and Biology, I leverage Algorithms and Machine Learning techniques to research and craft innovative tools for sequence (NGS or long-read) data analysis. My research is primarily centered around problems like de novo genome assembly, scaffolding, read alignment, structural variant detection, to name a few.
