Hello

My name is Ryan, and I'm originally from Canada, but now live permanently in Tokyo, Japan.

About me

✨ Creating bugs since 1994 when I used to go to the computer lab and program an SNES code book in BASIC.
📚 Transitioning from a strong Ruby on Rails foundation, I am now dedicated to specializing in backend development with a primary focus on Go.
🎯 Goals: To contribute to impactful backend projects, continually advance my Go and engineering skills, and become fluent in Japanese.
🎲 Fun fact: I worked as a 1st Class Power Engineer for 20 years in Canada.

I code with
