Fixed failing specs after merge. Also restored the mobile formatting for the homepage to match previous version.
Includes some changes to specs to work with new steps version
Update to Waterpig 0.12.1 and therefore Steps 2.1 Merging with some errors in Travis. These specs have been demonstrated to pass locally, and we need to push these changes before ironing out Travis' specs.
