We need to test the docker files during the next release process after packages are published to Microsoft Repositories.

A couple of tasks that need to be done during/after the next release process:

  • [before release] Update documentation -- replace powershell with pwsh.
  • [before release] Validate the docker files.
  • [after release] Update release-build scripts and docker images.
  • [after release] Update .travis.yml and appveryo.yml and their related scripts.
