Added new classes CreateWallet, ListWallets, LoadWallets and documentation to them.
Fixed PayTo bug because the new version of Electrum immediately returns the hex string, not an array with the hex key.
Changed method addrequest to add_request, because the old one is unregistered in new Electrum version(4.0.2).
Fixed amount on request creation - int changed to float.
