As far as I can tell Gradle 1.12 breaks our OSS publishing right now. I think anything newer than 1.6 or 1.7 does. |

@rspieldenner oh.. I saw a note from @benjchristensen which seemed to imply things fixed in 1.12.. maybe it was a fix to a different problem? |

ok I removed the gradle update. I forgot we don't really need it in intellij anyway due to us generating the project via |
