An experiment at making a game engine. Based on the tutorials from The Cherno's Hazel engine. With the goal of going beyond what the tutorials cover in order to make an editor where a 3D scene full of props can be setup, saved, loaded and navigated.
Quick instructions for setting up
- 1: Get latest and make sure it updates submodules.
- 2: Open Sol/thirdparty/premakefiles, copy all the folders and paste them in Sol/thirdparty.
- 3: Download premake, placing the exe in the folder [PROJECT DIRECTORY]\thirdparty\binaries\premake.
- 4: Run the GenerateProjects.bat in the base solution directory.
you should now be able to compile and work with the solution
