The rest of the errors seem to fall under python/mypy#11605 and python/mypy#5374.

  • I have run nox and all the pipelines have passed.
  • I have made unittests according to the code I have added/modified/deleted.

Decided it was better to get this done and over with rather than waiting on some mypy PRs to be merged in
