Fixes #2219

Proposed changes

Adjusts the GPIF parser to treat the "c played as:" of guitar pro 7+ correctly. GP adjusts the key signatures according to the provided value.

Beside that the parser now respects the accidental of the transposed pitch to match the GP display closer.
