Lake Tahoe from the Flume Trail

Shuttles will run until snow shuts the riding down.
Shop and shuttles will be closed for the day Monday October 28.
November 2024 schedule – Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon only.
Odd days of the month schedule (to Spooner Lake for the Flume) – 10:30, 11:30, 1:00.

Even day schedule for Flume and Tahoe Rim Trail:
10:00 Flume Trail, 11:00 Tahoe Rim Trail, 12:00 Flume, 2:00 Flume.


Flume Trail Shuttle to Spooner Lake State Park for the classic 13 mile Flume Trail ride back to the bike shop –
$22 per person includes state park entrance fee.

Tahoe Rim Shuttle to TRT trailhead on hwy 431 even days of the month – 2, 4, 6, 8th etc.
$20 per person

The 14 mile Flume Trail and the 24 mile Tahoe Rim Trail/Flume ride are two distinctly different classic Tahoe mountain bike rides.

Our Bike shop is located just behind Tunnel Creek Cafe in Incline Village, NV which is the end of the ride for both of these classic point to point rides.

Park at our bike shop for FREE behind Tunnel Creek Cafe and ride back to your car OR park at the trailhead and we will shuttle you back to your vehicle after you ride. Hourly for two or more people.
(Spooner Lake State Park or the TRT trailhead on highway 431)

IF you are coming from South Lake Tahoe to ride the Flume Trail, consider  parking at Spooner at the state park and riding to our shop where we have hourly shuttles to return you back to your car at spooner after your ride.

IF you are riding the Tahoe Rim Trail, consider parking at the trailhead on hwy 431 and we will get you back to your car in the afternoon.

Good food, coffee and beer at Tunnel Creek Cafe next to the bike shop!

Please note that pedal assist bikes are NOT allowed on the Tahoe Rim Trail from Tahoe meadows to the Tunnel Creek Road. Pedal assist bikes ARE allowed on the Flume Trail ride from Spooner Lake to our shop in Incline Village.

IF taking a shuttle and you have your own bike, please park along highway 28 near Tunnel Creek Cafe in the new parking areas and ride the short distance to the bike shop which is behind the cafe. If you want free parking while shuttling, drive further to the north side of the new lots where street shoulder parking is free. It is a short ride back to our shop behind the cafe. OR park at Spooner lake in the state park for the Flume Trail or at Tahoe Meadows for the Tahoe Rim Trail and take an afternoon shuttle back to your vehicle.
