گیرندهٔ III-A بخش Fc پادتن جی با میل ترکیبی کم (انگلیسی: Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-A) که با نامهای اختصاری «FCGR3A» و «CD16a» هم شناخته میشود، پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژن «FCGR3A» کُد میشود.[۴][۵]
مشخص شدهاست که CD16a جزئی از مجموعه تمایزی بر سطح سلولهاست.
