Thus, this study aims to determine the students' levels of depression, anxiety, and stress and examines its differences and association across variables. A cross-sectional analysis examined three hundred eleven (311) students at Eastern Visayas State University, Ormoc City. The study utilized the abbreviated version of the Stress, Anxiety, and Depression Scales 21 (DASS21) to evaluate the students' level of stress, anxiety and, depression with the participants' socio-demographic characteristics. The data compilation uses online questionnaires through the platform Google Forms, with participants recruited via social media. Results found that 18.6 % of the students were depressed, 35.1 % anxious, and 2.85 % stressed amidst the COVID – 19 pandemics. The study aimed to assess relevance of the program's curriculum and seeks to provide empirical data on the employment and competencies of the graduates of Eastern Visayas State University- Ormoc City Campus in 2005-2017 since this is the first time to conduct a tracer study. Using a descriptive survey, 241 graduates responded to a CHED standardized tracer study questionnaire. Frequency counts, percentage, mean, and ranking were used. Results revealed that the most of the graduates who responded were female, single professionals and working in the government with regular or permanent status. Most of the respondents are BS Mechanical and Civil Engineering and mostly Board Examination passers. Some of the respondents landed on their first job within the span of six months with gross monthly salary is within Php 5,000 to Php 15,000. Most of the respondents have stayed with their job for sal...

About 231 students are selected as samples using convenience sampling. The data is collected by the use of a survey questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. The findings reveal that students have a high level of satisfaction on Personal and Professional factors, and a moderate level of satisfaction on Student Support and Instruction-related factors. The younger group of both males and females enrolled in Education and Technology programs has a higher level of satisfaction than the older group enrolled in Engineering, which has a moderate level of satisfaction. There is no significant difference in personal and professional satisfaction levels by gender and age, but there is a significant difference by program. There was no statistically significant difference in the students' perceived capacity for online learning by demographic and technological characteristics, but there was a statistically significant difference in online learning barriers among respondents by age, gender, and year level. Freshmen younger female students were seriously affected. There were common issues with the students in the unstable internet access. Students have encountered a variety of interrelated obstacles as they have sought to adapt to online learning. Schools and educators play a role in incorporating studentcentered approaches, a role in overcoming these issues during and after the COVID-19 pandemic

The effects of a 246-week outbreak of drug users among people in barangays of Metro Manila, Phili... more The effects of a 246-week outbreak of drug users among people in barangays of Metro Manila, Philippines were determined by simulating the minimum number of drug users; minimum number of weeks to influence at least 80 percent nondrug users; effects of the average contact of drug users with non-drug user friends, average parental guidance per contact with drug user friends, and average Police Officer visibility per round via Netlogo simulation for quick results of the study. Findings indicated that 8 drug-user friends can influence at least 80 percent nondrug user friends in 246 weeks. It also depicted that increasing the average contact period of drug users with non-drug users, may or may not influence in using drugs, and increasing the average parental guidance per contact with drug users, slightly decreases the spread of drug usage, however, increasing the Police Officer visibility per round, decreases the spread of drug usage.
