Harry Partch (24. juuni 1901 – 3. september 1974) oli USA avangardistlik helilooja ja publitsist, kelle looming on avaldanud mõju paljudele 20. sajandi heliloojatele.

Harry Partchi küpset loomingut on määratletud mõistetega:

• mikrotonaalsus
• eksperimentaalmuusika – ebatraditsioonilised muusikainstrumendid.

Aastal 1948 avaldas ta raamatu "Genesis of a Music". Oma kompositsioonide jaoks ehitas ta ise uusi muusikainstrumente.
