[edit]- Potential alternative to Metacritic in the works – Discussion of a new review aggregator called Open Critic. Tentative consensus was to wait before referencing it, as the site was brand new at the time of the discussion.
- Question about character lists – Conversation about whether character lists are appropriate encyclopedic content, with no clear consensus either way.
- Pokemon species lists (a perennial discussion, I'm sure) – Amazingly, a new consensus formed here to trim all the Pokemon lists down to tables with only the most essential details.
- Situational Sources – Consensus that Destructoid, SiliconEra, and Gematsu are reliable sources, and Giant Bomb articles are reliable if written by staff.
- Stub milestone reached – We now have fewer stub articles than start-class articles, and the lowest number of stubs in years.
- "Generations" of video games – A perennial conversation, but quite interesting nonetheless, and also spawned a move discussion that ended up renaming the generation articles with more natural titles.
- Esports naming conventions and Naming conventions for esports/ pro video gaming people – Consensus here seemed to be to title esports players mostly by their handles rather than their real names, per WP:COMMONNAME.
- Character articles – Discussion on the notability of individual video game characters, with some consensus that many are not notable.
- System requirements tables – Agreed they should not be included, as they would not be meaningful for a general audience.
