I think the best plausible argument for notability here would be that receipt of the Canadian Meritorious Service Cross covers WP:ANYBIO. I've done some searching and I can't easily find the full list of recipients, there's no category for it on Wikipedia, and so I'm gonna venture that perhaps it's not a notable enough award to meet this criterion.
She doesn't meet WP:NPOL as this was an appointed role at the mint. BrigadierG (talk) 01:33, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
