Request reason:
Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 70.33.172.5. My Internet access is provided by a small WISP (named iWISP) which may not do things in the typical ways. But this is the only option for Internet access in this rural area. Looking up my IP block I see the reason for this is (template removed for brevity) Using ISP Rangefinder I have no idea what this means or why it is cause for a block.
