No criticism?

[edit]

I've been checking out WP's journalism articles. It was almost a shock to see one without any criticism of the subject. Adding some, well cited of course, might help show On Point's notability.Steve Dufour (talk) 02:40, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Title Song

[edit]

The title song played on most bumpers is Everythin is Alright by Four Tet. I'm not sure where to work this in or if it is important. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.44.221.188 (talk) 04:16, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Connection to On Point transition timeline

[edit]

The Connection was a 10am-noon public radio call-in program from WBUR that ran from 1994 to 2005. Originally hosted by Christopher Lydon (1994–2001), and (after a series of short-term fill-in hosts) followed by Canadian Dick Gordon (2001–2005). Starting 2005 WBUR filled The Connection's 10 a.m. to noon timeslot with On Point, a similar program previously aired in the 7-9 p.m. timeslot.

On Point hosted by Tom Ashbrook started right after 9/11, in the evenings on WBUR. On Point is broadcast live from Boston, Massachusetts on WBUR FM (90.9 MHz) from 10 a.m. to 12 noon ET, occupying the former time slot of The Connection, and repeated from 7 to 9 p.m. -73.61.15.122 (talk) 18:04, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
