Is Niutron dead?

According to this article, Niutron is considered dead, and its product is being sold under the Docan brand. There wasn't a clear official announcement of the brand's death, other than on thisapology letter where they say that 'our journey has come to an end', but then that 'it hopes to meet again in the future' which feel like contradictory statements.
