Though this article is about the attraction at Movie World in Australia, the film was offcourse made in the USA (according to IMDB).Tehd 15:27, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

First 3D (stereoscopic) CG Film in the World ?

[edit]

The introduction to this page asserts that this film was the first 3D/stereo 3D/CG (as in computer animated/graphics) film in the world. I am cautiously skeptical of this. 3D/CG had been used to generate stereo for a long time previously, particularly in the world of special venue (e.g. theme parks). It may be the first *completely* 3D/CG film of that type, but I rather doubt it. In 1991, there were at least two ridefilms that were stereo 3D/CG produced. Does anyone know any more about the production of this film and why they make this claim? Thank you. Michaelw newyork (talk) 00:27, 18 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
