Text of Mr. Cermak lawyer Mr. Janecek (from source provided in this article)

I like to have this claim by Cermak lawyer to be here in full. Because it explains exactly how and what happend.

part of the Czech text:" ....Byla policistou Čermákem minimálně třikrát vyzvána jménem zákona, aby nevstupovala na nezbytně nutnou dobu do prostor, kde by mohla kontaktovat zadní voj neonacistů, kdy každý je povinen příkazu policisty uposlechnout, což zcela záměrně a účelově neučinila za účelem se před stávajícími volbami zviditelnit...." uvedl Janeček......"

" She was asked by police officer three times (official form is :"in the name of law"), to not enter, for short period of time, to street area where rear part of the demonstrattors were leaving. Everybody is, by law, to listen and comply to police officer request. She did not comply to police officer request three times, so she was being arested. She was resisting arrest. So police officer used approved force to arest her."

There was not beating, merely aresting hippie pothead. I like that part above to be part of the article. (minus hippie pothead- that is my personal opininon)
