Legqog

Legqog (Chinese: 列确; Pinyin: Lièquè; born October 1944) is a Tibetan politician.

Biography

Legqog was born in Gyangzê County, Tibet in October 1944. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1972.

He was the Chairman of the government of Tibet Autonomous Region of China between 1998 and 2004. Since 2003, he has been the chairman of the Autonomous Regional People's Congress of Tibet and of the Standing Committee of Tibet Autonomous Region.
