John Krige

John Krige is a historian of science and Krantzberg Professor at the School of History, Technology and Society, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. Krige is of South African nationality and originally a physical chemist by training. After earning a PhD in philosophy at the University of Sussex, in the United Kingdom in 1979, Krige's academic career has been in the history of science, including notable efforts within the project to write the history of CERN and the European Space Agency in the 1980s and 1990s.
