Village of Inger is an Unincorporated community located in Itasca County, Minnesota, located along the Bowstring River of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation. In 1977, its estimated population was 120. The village is located in the former Inger Township, which reverted to being unorganized. Named for one of its pioneer settlers, a post office was in operation from 1912 until 1955. Located 9 miles south of Inger is the Winnibigoshish Lake Dam, which is a Registered Historic Place.
